Using the service
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to access another household, automate reward claims, disrupt the service, or reverse security controls.
Child profiles
You can add child profiles to your account. They are part of your account rather than accounts of their own: they cannot sign in, invite anyone, join a household or buy anything. You are responsible for everything done under them, including coins or diamonds they spend from their own in-app balance.
Give a child profile any display name you like. Do not put anything in it that you would not want the other adults in your household to see. You can rename or delete a child profile at any time in Settings.
Virtual items
Virtual coins, diamonds, boosters, and aquarium items have no cash value and are not refundable as money except as Stripe or Google Play require.
Diamonds and boosters are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown before you pay. If a purchase is refunded, the currency it granted is removed from your account.
Availability and limits
The service is provided as available. Household task information should not be used as an emergency, medical, or safety system.
We may suspend abusive access and may update these terms with notice in the app.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. See deleting your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
